crude along with the rest of the market continue to sell off today. Today price was too deep for me to take on any positions. I expect a a bounce for the next few days. FOMC this week who knows who cares. Ill let the spin doctors do there things and make adjustments when its time. ES is close to 1400 level and it got there is a hurry. Indexes are still healthy and the correction will be good.

CL 9-12 contract is full effect. Overnight showed selling and the morning session bounced from an extended move down. ES showing a selling from the 1373 area and a break out from the channel. This could bring crude along for the ride on the down side as the macro correction phase ends and a new macro leg down begins. Trade will be lite and Ill be looking for more structure to confirm this analysis.

ES selling from 1373 area and a break of the channel showed BEARS is control. Test to 1320 would be expected next

ES is strong and the trend up to offer levels continues. 2 areas for profit taking are 1375 area which we are at now and the upper trend line around 1390. wont be much to do really. I will have to see how each level is respected and look for wholesale prices if any trades are entered.

CL 8-12 contract is rolling over and with this market extended and pushing to test 92 which we are almost there I wont be looking at this market until next.
